What customers ask

8 standard client questions about microbots, paired with sales answers designed to keep momentum and avoid showstoppers.

  • Are microbots powerful enough for professional environments?

Yes. Modern microbots are built specifically for commercial use, with consistent suction performance and long runtimes. They are especially effective in corridors, offices, and carpeted areas where manual vacuuming consumes a lot of time.

  • What happens if a robot gets stuck or stops working?

That’s exactly where fleet management comes in. Through centralized monitoring, issues are visible immediately, and most can be resolved remotely. In practice, after initial optimization, interruptions become rare.

  • Isn’t managing many small robots more complex than one large machine?

It would be — without the right software. With centralized fleet management, all robots are scheduled, monitored, and analyzed from a single dashboard, regardless of quantity. This actually makes scaling easier, not harder.

  • How long does it take to get value from microbots?

Very quickly. Because microbots are affordable and take over tasks that are performed daily, customers typically see operational relief and measurable ROI within weeks rather than years.

  • Are microbots safe in semi-public spaces?

Yes. They are compact, operate at low speeds, and are usually scheduled for off-hours or night-time cleaning. Many models are cameraless and rely on LiDAR, which also supports privacy and data protection requirements.

  • What about theft or vandalism?

In real-world deployments, this is far less of an issue than expected. Anti-theft functions, clear labeling, and scheduling outside peak hours significantly reduce risk. Microbots are also easy and cost-effective to replace if needed.

  • Can we scale this later if it works well?

Absolutely. Microbots are ideal for scaling because you can add units gradually without changing your processes. The fleet management system grows with you, keeping everything centralized and transparent.

  • How do we prove the value internally?

All cleaning runs, areas covered, runtimes, and performance metrics are automatically documented. This makes it easy to demonstrate efficiency gains, workload reduction, and ROI to management or stakeholders.
